Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design efforts — from user research and conceptual ideation to polished, user-ready deliverables
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user personas, journey maps, and actionable design strategies
- Create and iterate on design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers throughout the design and development lifecycle
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and components that enhance usability and clarity
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, including style guides and reusable UI patterns
- Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usage data to improve user experience
- Take ownership of design projects — from initial brief to execution — while working independently and managing timelines effectively
- Proactively identify UX problems and solve them using design thinking and user-centered methodologies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a focus on digital product design
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design system tools
- Strong portfolio showing user-centered design, problem-solving, and design iterations
- Strong conceptual thinker who can turn abstract ideas into clear design solutions
- Able to work independently, define/refine requirements, and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible and comfortable handling a range of design tasks
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain design decisions and options
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple design versions
- Strategic, user-focused mindset that balances customer needs and business goals
- Collaborative team player who values feedback and delivers high-quality work
